For those who is going there watch out for stall 150 selling sugar cane juice. The man at the stall was seen quarrel with a chinese lady, because the man was caught by the lady grabbing ice cubes with the same hand that just collect cash from customer. The lady requested to change the packet drink. The man not only refused instead ask her to buy from other stall, such attitude was a disgrace to Singaporean.

I like the home made beancurd at the row straight ahead when you go up the center staircase.

There is a nice Hokkien Mee stall at nearby Blk 726 West Coast Market. THe stall no. is #108 if i remember correctly, just behind the bus stop and he open sell from 3pm to late night. The ingrdients were fresh and defenately looks better then the one in Bt Timah market.

In the same market, there is a fishball noodles stall and a porridge stall that only sell in the morning and every day long Q.

Do give a try especially to the Hokkien Mee (maybe late dinner or supper) if you are in the area =)

There’s a red garoupa fish soup stall that is really good.. they also sell batang fish soup. You can see the stall when you’re taking the staircase up to the hawker center.
