I might try Iggy's, but I remember the first iteration 6-7years ago. The food was expensive, experimental and terrible. hardly edible. I have not been back since. Hopefully, it's improved greatly or else I'm just hearing reviews from the usual bunch of pretentious so-called conneiseures. The same people have made a certain bleach platinum blonde from Belgian rich when the hack couldn't make a living in Europe. Tried his restaurant twice in the early 2000s - very average food in a noisy and cramped surrounds which is "hip" in bs speak.

I didn't know that the Miele's list was already out for this year. Thanks for sharing the list. Iggy keeps doing an amazing job from what I see. It's being a while I haven't been there, but it is always on my mind for any furure visit in the area. I remember enjoying some nice meals, in the past, at Yung Kee and Dum Pukht

Long time reader, love the blog! I will be visiting Singapore (my birth country) this November and am eager for lunch at Iggy's this time around. Never been to the old location, hoping the new location will be good too.

I've eaten at other renowned restaurants such as Jean-Georges, Le Bernadin etc, and am especially proud and excited the discover Singapore's fine dining offerings

I probably wouldn't be able to this trip, but I would like to try Jaan (though I'll be staying at the Swissotel for 1 night too) or Gunther's.

I'd love to also visit Bo Innovation just for the novelty of what they do. Definitely on my list of to-do whenever I do visit HK again.
