Cedele is good! I like their seafood risotto, and they one of the best cheesecakes in Singapore (according to me, haha).

But the carrot cake, nono. If you like carrot cakes, try DOME’s. DOME’s cheesecakes are my No. 1 too.

I was very very disappointed at the carrot cake… as I tried it after seeing a celebrity claiming that as a must-eat on Urban.

But skip the Wheelock branch. Horrible service. I had to write feedback letter.

eli: ahh actually i didn’t tweak that much for the photos, the risotto has a very bright red tinge. yep among the 2 dishes, i prefer the risotto to the crab pasta

patchy: used to have? it’s taken off the menu already? haha you know the thing about cedele, they makes thing appear healthy and wholesome. somehow it don’t feel as guilty even when u have a slice of cake.

If ure a bread lover like I am, check out their range of european breads! Cinnamon swirl heated in e microwave makes a good sweet treat n toasted garlic foccasia makes awesome bites! They can be served to invited home guests! they used to have this room temp devil fudge cake, which when heated in a microwave makes an awesome choc cake fondue! Cheers! Cedele’s my favourite wholesome cafe!

I think the risotto actually looks (and sounds) delicious. You may have adjusted the brightness of the photo, but it looks very inviting – the robust red color, the shimps sitting invitingly on the surface, and the sprinklings of basil (at least that’s what it looks like) around the edges make for a very attractive dish.

The red chili crab pasta sounds nice, but looks rather disappointing in the photo. It’s tiny compared to the plate. I want portions that I feel like I can really savor, you know?

I love their salad selection, really something different from other cafe places. Think shrimp and avocado on muslin. Yummy!
And yes, their breakfast sets are superb too.
