Having dined at Jaan Par Andre albeit only for lunch, I can say it's one of my favourite dining experiences so far, in my top 5 for sure.

I'd prob choose Fat Duck, only because there is nothing as risky or innovative here in Sydney!

Aah, I'm reading "Fat Duck Cookbook" by Heston Blumenthal, which seems one of the best food books of 2009 in Britain. Bulky, but worth reading!

Hi Brad,

Thanks for answering my question! Really appreciate your reply as I was very curious to find out. =)

As for me, being a fan of the foul mouth, sharp tongue, bad ass chef Gordon Ramsay, would definitely love to try his self named Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.

The reason why I chose this restaurant it's because:

Firstly, he owned it and he is so proud of it with 3 Michelin stars awarded to it.

Secondly, he have helped many aspiring chefs to fulfill their dreams in his shows and I would like to find out for myself his high standard of food and the essence in what it takes to create a delicious menu.

Lastly, I would like to feel his soul and heartbeat in running the restaurant and to discover for myself the success of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.

That's all folks. =]
Cheers!
