Wow, you’ve been busy baking! Baking is still a tiring task for me. Hehe.. That’s why I don’t do it often. The tarts look good. I like this kind of pineapple tarts, with the filling wrapped inside the tart.

Your dough reminds me of a bad experience. LOL

hahahah yeah CNY is early this year, in Jan. i’m looking forward to it, lots of chinese goodies to eat.

i decided to change the title to calm & peace instead, cos peace & joy does rather sounds like xmas. lol

the pineapple tarts were not bad. and i did chocolate mousse on the same night as this too.

my chocolate mousse came out a tad watery, but i put it in the fridge then it’s all right. lol!

i baked cupcake yesterday too! the cupcake taste quite “cupcake-ish” but my frosting had to re-do. I tried oreo buttercreme, but on the first attempt, didn’t smash the oreo bits evenly, so it got stuck in the piping tip. And also added too much milk and it became too watery again! but after consulting evan, i did a second time and i think there’s a shape of the frosting, even though not very pretty. haha

Indeed these days have been so unpredictable and the Singapore lawyer is a tragic case, particularly no mediation was done…

Hopefully, u felt better after baking.
