hello ramenlover: yes i know its quite lacking in that category. I heard rave reviews about marutama ramen, but always didn’t have the chance to go yet. Will definitely give it a try when i pass by the area. You know there’s too much nice food around, but i only have one mouth and 24 hours. lol!

Have you try Marutama Ramen in Clarke quay central?

I think you really should give it a try.. It’s really very nice.. Compare to atjisen, they are more authentic and specialized.. Specialized as in they only serve THREE types of soup base ramen, chicken soup base, spicy chicken soup base and one with 7 different kind of nuts..

Even though their choices are quite limited.. But their food is really very nice! try their seasoned egg too! their yaki char siew..

I personally think that is the best ramen in singapore! (:

I had crayfish ramen last Fri too. Super nice!!! Agree it’s a bit salty. Hahaha.. Overall still nice. =D
