The signature Flame-Grilled Mentaiko Lobster is an absolutely stunning dish.
Imagine this—fresh lobsters grilled over the fire, topped with mayonnaise and creamy mentaiko sauce then torched before your eyes. The sauce melts, and a few drops of lemon zest is sprinkled.
Warning: the addiction will be real.
PUMPKIN CRAB IN CLAYPOT
This is yet another signature dish by Chef Low that is a consistent crowd pleaser at Spice Brasserie. The crabs are cooked in a rich sauce made with pumpkin, curry leaves, curry powder and chilli padi.
It is a wonderful spread of flavours, and the sweet freshness lingers.
WOK FRIED SLIPPER LOBSTER IN FERMENTED BLACK BEAN SAUCE
The Wok Fried Slipper Lobster In Fermented Black Bean Sauce is perfect for those who enjoy seafood cooked in an Asian style.
The lobsters are fried in a rich fermented bean sauce with various aromatic spices such as onion, ginger, garlic and chilli.
Chef Low is constantly trying out new recipes to wow your palate. Look out for the next run of this seafood buffet with new dishes in May 2017.
