Hasu Confections – The Cheapest Mille Crêpe In Singapore

Hasu Confections POMO

The average cost of a mille crêpe in Singapore costs S$7.79 and we have based that estimated calculation across 15 different cafes.

Recently, we discovered the cheapest mille crêpe in town and it is being sold at a newly opened dessert parlour called Hasu Confections. A slice of Mille Crêpe here starts from S$6—almost half of what you would pay at popular establishments such as Lady M and Henri Charpentier!

Truth be told, we weren’t expecting much. What could you expect from an unassuming tiny shop located in PoMo, right? The decors of Hasu Confections are far, far away from impressive when compared to other dessert places in Singapore.

We didn’t have high hopes for Hasu Confections. However, their mille crêpes totally proved us wrong.

It was love at first bite.

If we were to do a blind taste test, we honestly would struggle to tell apart Lady M and Hasu Confections’ mille crêpes.

Each mille crêpe cake is characterised by 20 layers of paper-thin crepes and alternated with light pastry cream. They melted in our mouth instantaneously.

There are three flavours available, namely Original (S$6 per slice), Matcha (S$6 per slice) and Hazelnut (S$6 per slice).

Hasu Confections also serves other mouthwatering desserts. Their Strawberry Shortcake (S$7.50) is ultra light and tastes better than it looks.
