Fatkuraprincess: yeah the chef took great effort in making everything look very nice, now that u mentioned it, the sashimi and prawns really seem to be “swimming” hehe

That Wagyu looks fine and juicy. And kurogoma brulee is v nicely presented though i found it taste a little too plain. Their DBS 1-for-1 $25++ lunch set is a die die must-try before the promotion ends.

The sashimi platter look fishes & prawns swimming in the sea with wooden paddle(or boats) rowing around them..wow…what a piece of beautiful presentation!

myfoodsiren: i din like sesame so the dessert din quite work for me. truffle omelette my companions all love it, but i thought it was ok. haha

Nate: thanks dude! nope, we ate the angus after the wagyu, cos the wagyu was too good so when we try the angus it wasnt so nice. Nah it wasnt the restaurant fault, cos we were greedy and curious to see how the angus will fare. hehe ah now that u mention it, i din notice they were dye black! i was too busy eating them : )

jaw-dropping does not do this post justice. Beautiful pictures of awesome food! I’m sorry you had to eat the angus beef before the wagyu – that was bad planning on the restaurant’s part.

The cod and the oysters look spectacular. I’m curious about the avocado salmon roll. The fish roe around the maki — were those eggs dyed black? Interesting visual concept!

I agree with Elaine that the omelette looks mouthwatering! Was it really really good? Haha. And I know I’m gonna like the sesame brulee just by looking at it. I’m biased towards anything black sesame!
