I am arranging for lunch gathering for between 40 to 50 people at home for a wedding tea ceremony for relatives on 21 September 2009.
Is there any recommendations or suggestions for some finger food for the occassion and the cost of the supply.
Thank you

Zhou's Kitchen is really getting from bad to worse .. The first time I tried @ Far East Square . everything was really good enough for the price .. yes the egg tarts were fantastic ..the siewmai was good , spareribs were nice and we got a complimentary crab with glutinous rice. The pleasant experience prompted me to bring my dad to the Square II branch. BIG MISTAKE !!

The service was bad .. the food was served cold! The prawn paste chicken 1st round was cold ! And Their egg tarts were shortly sold out after we tasted their 1st batch.. WHICH WAS COLD ! So damn pissed. I was very disappointed that I couldnt replicate the 1st experience that I had .. to my parents ..

I think Tung Lok is over rated nowadays. I recently went for a wedding dinner. Club Chinoiss (TLG) the food was kinda bad.. Either too salty or too bland!

hfb: yep, zhou kitchen food average, won't be going back anytime soon

evan: i got review on red star before, but that's before i got my dslr, and that time i only just start out on my food blog, so the review isn't really detail and good. haha.

i used to think they are quite good, the "push-trolley" atmopshere, and the nostalgia feel since i been there when i was young. but after trying better dim sum restaurants, i thought that red star one is not as refine. yeah, my two cents worth. haha
