The Chinese celebrated festival is here again, it is this time of the year where we can see restaurants, hotels, bakeries busy promoting and selling their moon cakes. And this year we have seen more new varieties entering the market, this can only be good news to us.
Munching your moon cakes,
Sipping a cup of the Chinese tea,
While appreciating the beautiful round moon,
And of course, holding your favourite lantern!
Happy Mid-Autumn Festivals!
Cheers
Brad

ladyironchef — September 14th, 2008 at 7:44 pmevery year a new flavour comes into the market. this year i heard goodwood hotel came up with a pomela mango mooncake! i’m not much of a mooncake fan but really like the crispy teochew type. this year i bought a box from conrad which had sweet potato filling instead of the usual yam paste. was really yummy!
